先輩社員って、よく「メモを取れ」っていうでしょ。先日、私もついつい、そういうことをいいたくなったんだけど、ふと「話の全体像が見えていない状態でメモを取るのって難しいよな」と思った。

それで、説明をしながら、自分で自分の話のメモを取ってみた。その結果はというと、割と悲惨な感じ。話の粒度も、部分的には作業の順番さえ、バラバラ。自分の説明が、いかにダメなのかがわかった。

「あー、なるほど、教える自分自身が、何を教えたらいいのか、よくわかっていないんだ。話しながら考えているんだ。これじゃあ、聞く方はたいへんだな」つくづく、そう実感した。
